END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

The IRUDIS End-User License Agreement (”EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and IRUDIS for IRUDIS software (“Software”) that accompanies any EULA. You must indicate your Agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the EULA by pressing the “I ACCEPT” button on the installation program. If you do not agree to the EULA, do not install, or use the software. In this case you may obtain a refund of the amount you originally paid. The Software is the intellectual property of IRUDIS and is owned by IRUDIS.
IRUDIS grants you the non-exclusive license to use the Software and you may install and use a copy of the Software on one personal computer or other device and install an additional copy of the Software on a second portable device. Alternatively, you may install a copy of the Software on a network storage device, and allow one access device to use that licensed copy of the Software over a private network. The foregoing is also valid if the Software supports multiple platforms or languages, or if you otherwise receive multiple copies of the Software.
If you are installing a copy of the Software as an upgrade or update of a prior release of the same Software which was installed on the same device, your rights under the prior license agreement for the Software are terminated, and all of your use of the Software (including its prior versions) are solely under the terms and conditions of the accompanied EULA. Any upgrade are priced separately where any update, patch, enhancement, supplement, service pack or other fix is free of charge.
You may not be able to exercise your rights to the Software under the EULA after a finite number of days from installing the Software unless you activate (mandatory) your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence. You may also need to reactivate the Software if you modify your computer hardware or alter the Software. IRUDIS reserves the right to collect personally identifiable information from you (name and e-mail address) and your device during the installation and activation process. By accepting the EULA you agree to receive news and product information from IRUDIS.
If you have received a Trial version, the license granted under the EULA commences upon the installation of the Software and is effective for fifteen (15) days following the date you install the Software (the "Trial Period"). Trial version Software is intended to disable their functionality after the expiration of the Trial Period. You acknowledge that the use of Trial versions is done entirely at your own risk and that Trial versions may contain limited functionality and/or functions.
Trial, Product Sampler (free of charge Software), Not For Resale or Beta Software versions, may not be sold or otherwise transferred for value or no value. Otherwise, you may transfer once your copy of the Software to a different device.
IRUDIS warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation for a ninety (90) days period following receipt of the Software when used on the recommended operating system and hardware configuration. IRUDIS will not sell, rent, lease or disclose customer information to third parties unless required by law or unless you provide consent to such a disclosure.
IRUDIS adheres to the privacy directive substantially regulating the privacy rights of citizens of the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information.

These providers offer services assisting IRUDIS in managing the E-Store, the User Forums and certain additional functions of the Site. In order to use those services, you may be required to provide personal information to the providers. Unless expressly provided to the contrary, personal information that you provide while you are visiting a provider’s web site will be subject to the privacy policy posted on such site and personal information that you provide while on this Site in conjunction with a provider’s service will be subject to this Privacy Policy. Any information collected will be used only by IRUDIS to improve our products, services and website, or to communicate with you in the form of newsletters and notices. Information we ask you to provide when purchasing or ordering will be only the information necessary to process your purchase or order. When fulfilling an order we will ask for your name, e-mail address, address (for shipping purposes), telephone number and credit card number, type and expiration date (if paying by credit card). We will use this information only for matters related to your order or product registration unless you request otherwise. Your credit card information will be maintained only for a period reasonably necessary to ensure payment has been received.
If, after or during purchase, you choose to register your IRUDIS software, any information you provide will only be used to improve the service provided to you as a result of your registration. The details of information we gather will be used to uniquely identify your relationship to a IRUDIS software application and potentially to support communication with you including: notification of software updates and service releases, notice of changes in policy that relate to the use of your software, and the provision to you of prioritized customer service or technical support.
When using trial software or buying a product you automatically accepts to receive notices from IRUDIS. IRUDIS may use information it has collected to provide you with mailed or e-mailed notices. This may include notice in the form of newsletters, website update notices, notification of the availability of new products or product updates as well as information on promotions and special offers. You can elect to not receive any further notices from IRUDIS, by unsubscribing directly to any e-mail you receive or by changing the settings of your personal account.
