This document sets forth the IRUDIS Online Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) for this web site, www.IRUDIS.com (the “Site”). If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this Site. This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities or other IRUDIS web sites.
IRUDIS is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of information you provide to us. IRUDIS will not sell, rent, lease or disclose customer information to third parties unless required by law or unless you provide consent to such a disclosure.
IRUDIS adheres to the privacy directive substantially regulating the privacy rights of citizens of the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information.
Changes in Privacy Policy
All “personal information” ("personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. IRUDIS reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the homepage of the Site. If as the result of such changes, you want to alter the ways in which IRUDIS is allowed to use your personal information, you can do so by following the procedure described below in the section entitled “Updating Personal Information and Privacy Preferences”. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, the changes to the Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after such notice has been posted for thirty (30) days with the following exception: if at the time you provide personal information to IRUDIS you are given the opportunity to limit how such information will be used to communicate with you, either by IRUDIS or by third parties, IRUDIS will not change your preference in this regard without your express consent. However, if IRUDIS sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or IRUDIS (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by or merged with, another entity, IRUDIS may provide to such entity customer information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without your consent.
Entities Collecting Personal Information

The Site contains links to other sites at which personal information is collected. In such instances, unless expressly provided to the contrary, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site. That privacy policy should identify the entity that is collecting your personal information.
Personal Information Collection
As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. In connection with other activities, such as utilizing online software applications, IRUDIS may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, IRUDIS may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), e-mail address, employer, job title and department, telephone and mobile
numbers, and other personal information. By choosing to enter and submit the requested information when prompted, you are consenting to IRUDIS's collection, use, and disclosure of such information for the purposes of providing the services to you as outlined herein. Any information you post to a user forum, chat room or public bulletin is available to all users of that site.
When you use the Site, IRUDIS or third parties authorized by IRUDIS may also collect certain technical and routing information about your computer to facilitate your use of the Site and its services. For example, we may log environmental variables, such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed, and the Internet Protocol ("IP") address of your computer. We use these environmental variables to facilitate and track your use of the Site and its services. IRUDIS also uses such environmental variables to measure traffic patterns on the Site. Without expressly informing you in each particular circumstance, we do not match such information with any of your personal information.
When you submit personal information to IRUDIS through this Site, you understand and agree that this information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which IRUDIS and its affiliates and subsidiaries maintain offices, including without limitation, the United States. You also acknowledge that in certain countries or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transferring, storage and processing of your information may be undertaken by trusted vendors of IRUDIS. Such vendors are bound by contract to not use your personal information for their own purposes or provide it to any third parties.
IRUDIS has established relationships with various service providers whose services are available to you from this Site or from web sites that are linked to this Site. These providers offer services assisting IRUDIS in managing the E-Store, the User Forums and certain additional functions of the Site. In order to use those services, you may be required to provide personal information to the providers. Unless expressly provided to the contrary, personal information that you provide while you are visiting a provider’s web site will be subject to the privacy policy posted on such site and personal information that you provide while on this Site in conjunction with a provider’s service will be subject to this Privacy Policy. You should be aware that our agreements with these service providers often provide that they will share with IRUDIS personal information collected from you. In such instances, IRUDIS may use this information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. In the situation where sites have a IRUDIS “look and feel,” and you reasonably believe you are on a IRUDIS site, the site is collecting information in a solely intermediary capacity and does not use personal information for secondary purposes.
The Use of Personal Information
Any information collected will be used only by IRUDIS to improve our products, services and website, or to communicate with you in the form of newsletters and notices. IRUDIS uses information and/or e- mail addresses for internal purposes only and does not sell, lease or rent information to third parties.
Your personal information is also used to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of IRUDIS.
IRUDIS or its partners may profile website activity and compile data in aggregate form in order to better understand user activities and the success of various ad campaigns or similar promotional purposes. This information is important to us as it enables us to continue to provide products specific to our customers' interests. Site visitor behavior information is compiled in aggregate and does not represent individually identifiable information. Some IRUDIS partners uses cookies on their websites to help us publish content relevant to our customers needs and wants.
No personally identifiable information is transmitted across the Internet unless you
choose to supply us with such information. IRUDIS may link website visitors to websites operated by third parties who are select partners of IRUDIS. IRUDIS attempts to select reputable partners but does not guarantee the security of any personal information disclosed on those sites.
Protection of Personal Information
There are instances in which IRUDIS may divulge your personal information. IRUDIS may provide your personal information if necessary, in IRUDIS’s good faith judgment, to comply with laws or regulations of a governmental or regulatory body or in response to a valid subpoena, warrant or order or to protect the rights of IRUDIS or others or if deemed necessary for the public interest.
IRUDIS may hire certain outside contractors to perform services on our behalf (such as packaging & shipping). We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to complete the desired service. They are not permitted to use customer information for any other purpose.
IRUDIS takes the protection of the personal information you provide very seriously. However, perfect security on the Internet does not yet exist and we cannot warrant that our transfer of data is impenetrable or invulnerable to hackers.
Please note that any information you post to a public bulletin board or chat room, such as the IRUDIS User Forums (the “Forums”), is available to all persons accessing that location. Your e-mail address will not automatically be posted on the Forums unless you modify the default setting to permit that. Your e-mail address would then be available to all persons accessing the Forums. In addition, you should be aware that the Forums offers a service in which subscribers are e-mailed a copy of all messages posted to the Forums on a particular topic. Consequently, if you post a message to the Forums your e-mail address will be sent to those subscribers that have indicated an interest in the topic of your message.
Trial Software Use
A valid e-mail address as a minimum is required to use all of our products on trial. If you enter into a trial period of IRUDIS software, and consent to our use of your e-mail address by providing the same, we may contact you via e-mail to provide additional information on our products and to survey you on your satisfaction with our software. We may also contact you to provide advance notice of termination of the trial period or an opportunity to extend your trial period. E-mail is our preferred method of communication and we value the privilege to use it.
Product Purchasing
Information we ask you to provide when purchasing or ordering will be only the information necessary to process your purchase or order. When fulfilling an order we will ask for your name, e-mail address, address (for shipping purposes), telephone or mobile numbers and credit card number, type and expiration date (if paying by credit card). We will use this information only for matters related to your order or product registration
unless you request otherwise. Your credit card information will be maintained only for a period reasonably necessary to ensure payment has been received.
Product Registration
If, after or during purchase, you choose to register your IRUDIS software, any information you provide will only be used to improve the service provided to you as a result of your registration. The details of information we gather will be used to uniquely identify your relationship to a IRUDIS software application and potentially to support communication
with you including: notification of software updates and service releases, notice of changes in policy that relate to the use of your software, and the provision to you of prioritized customer service or technical support.
IRUDIS Newsletter and Information List Memberships
When using trial software or buying a product you automatically accepts to receive notices from IRUDIS. IRUDIS may use information it has collected to provide you with mailed or e-mailed notices. This may include notice in the form of newsletters, website update notices, notification of the availability of new products or product updates as well as information on promotions and special offers. You can elect to not receive any further notices from IRUDIS, by unsubscribing directly to any e-mail you receive or by changing the settings of your personal account.
IRUDIS Website or IRUDIS Product User Surveys
The purpose of this information request will be optional and required only to engage in certain activities. Additional information we may ask you to provide when choosing to engage in other activities on our website or within our products may include name, mailing address, telephone number, mobile numbers, e-mail address, and other demographic information as well as additional information regarding the use of our products, that will enable us to better understand the requirements of our customers and to continue to provide high quality products and services.
Updating Personal Information and Privacy Preferences
