Cheese Nastar Recipe



150 gr butter
100 gr margarine
90 gr powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
50 gr full cream milk powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
350 gr wheat flour

Grease Material:

2 egg yolks
Grated cheese

How to make:

Beat butter, margarine, and powdered sugar until they turn slightly pale in color. Add egg yolks, beat well.
Add milk powder, vanilla, and flour, mix well with a spatula. The dough is still a bit sticky, let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Take a little dough, round it while slightly pressed in the palm of the hand. Add pineapple jam filling. Round shape.
Brush with egg yolk repeated up to 2 times. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 150 degrees celsius until cooked or golden.

Chocolate Nastar Recipe

Cookie Ingredients:

500 gr low protein flour
200 gr butter/butter
100 gr margarine
100 gr powdered sugar
3 egg yolks

Chocolate Filling Ingredients:

50 ml full cream milk (can use plain water)
35 gr butter/butter
90 gr sugar
100 gr dark/milk vhocolate
20 gr cocoa powder
100 gr flour

Spread Ingredients:

2 egg yolks + 1 tsp full cream milk

How to make chocolate filling:

Dissolve sugar, butter with milk as long as it doesn’t dissolve until it boils.
Add chocolate stir until melted. Cook on low heat so it doesn’t boil.
Enter the flour and cocoa powder that has been mixed well and sifted. Cook until thickened but not boiling.
Cool, can store in the refrigerator after hardening can be rounded into the size of marbles or according to taste.

How to make:
